custom: re-root brunette melt down to blonde bright ends (or balayage style, will confirm with you prior to test area started)  with money pieces/brighter face framing front. neutral overall/leaning warm (balayage looking like inspiration pics shared) 
cut more layered, but keeping length (currently all one layer) 
 
Grace is currently 6 weeks out for completion. I will be messaging you when she starts on your piece and you will recieve pictures in various lighting upon completion for approval prior to return shipping. No returns on customs. We want you to be happy and communication throughout the process is important. Should we run into any snafoo's with your piece (like color not accepting as hoped) we will be in close contact with you to discuss options, should this arise. If piece does not accept color, you will be responsible for a $20 charge for test area/time plus $25 shipping back to you.

This is for deposit, final deposit plus return shipping of $25 will be due after approval, then we ship your piece back!! We are NOT responsible for your package shipped from you to us. If any damage or loss happens during the process of you shipping TO us, it is your full responsibility to work with your chosen shipping Carrier. We reccomend you fully insure and add signature tracking to your package to us. When we ship your finished piece back to you, we are fully responsible to insure and file any claims if lost by shipping carrier. Thank you for understanding
